How to Become a Member of the Carpet Export Promotion Council?

How to Become a Member of the CEPC Council?

  2. Any new exporter of carpet can apply

These are the list of documents that are needed to be presented before the carpet export promotion council to get the CEPC RCMC membership registration for the exporters/ manufacturers of carpet.

  1. Proof of manufacturing facility such as MSME certificate in case of manufacturer
  2. CA certificate certifying export performance of last 3 years
  3. Proof of export in case of new exporters
  4. An affidavit stating applicant or any members of firm/company has never been blacklisted by any govt body
  5. An affidavit saying the firm/company will abide by the code of conduct of the carpet export promotion council
  6. Partnership deed/MoA & AoA in case of firm or company as applicable
  7. Import export code certificate issued by DGFT
  8. Income tax permanent account number (PAN card)
  9. Copy byGST certificate

 


 

 

How to register with the CEPC Council?

 

To register with the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC) and obtain a Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC), follow these steps after gathering the necessary documents:

 

  1. Log in to the CEPC website and provide your contact information, business name, and owner name.
  2. Pay the membership fee as listed in the application.
  3. Include an affidavit on non-judicial paper, worth INR 10, certified by a Notary Public.

Fee for CEPC Membership Registration

 

The entrance fee for new members of the carpet export promotion council is Rs.2,360 and the membership cost for CEPC is Rs 2,360. The total fee would be Rs. 4,720 including GST.

However the fee structure for exporter who export goods of worth more than 50 lakh are as follows:
