Eligibility For CHEMEXCIL Registration
The eligibity for CHEMEXCIL RCMC can be classified into 3 as per the rules and regulations of the council
- Ordinary members
- Registered members
- Associate Members
Ordinary Members: To be eligible for this CHEMEXCIL membership an applicant must satisfy the following requirements:
- For small scale industries the export credit upto 3 financial years should be not less than ?10 lakh
- For Other industries it should not be less than ?25 lakhs.
Registered Members: Any organization or individual can become a registered member of the Council after applying for the same & after paying the prescribed fees.
Associate Members: An applicant can join the Council as an Associate Member if they get an IEC certificate from the Director General of Foreign Trade for the products related to the CHEMEXCIL Council.

Renewal of CHEMEXCIL RCMC
Members are expected to renew their CHEMEXCIL certificate at the end of every financial year. The member renewal cost is the same as mentioned in the original RCMC membership certificate.

- Copy of IEC certificate
- Copy of Pan Card
Process of CHEMEXCIL RCMC Certification
Applicants can apply on the DGFT portal for the registration cum membership certificate of the CHEMEXCIL board.
- Fill out an application form for RCMC registration and provide relevant documents such as PAN card, GST registration certificate, and export registration certificate.
