The membership fee for ECS export promotion council are as follows:-

Below 10 lacs Rs. 8,500 + 18% GST
From 10 lacs - 50 lacs Rs.13,500 + 18% GST
Between 50lacs - 1 cr Rs. 19,750 + 18% GST
Above 1 cr Rs. 26,000 + 18% GST

Documents Required for ECS Export Promotion Council

 

  1. Trust deed in case of trust
  2. Import-Export code Certificate
  3. MoA & AoA in case of company
  4. Partnership deed in case of partnership firm
  5. Details of partners & directors is required & it should be duly signed by authorized signatory
  6. For the manufacturing segment, copy of proof that the applicant is a manufacturer (SSI Registration, SIA Certification)
  7. Preceding year’s export turnover figure certified by a Chartered Accountant is mandatory. In a case where there were no exports, NIL certificate to be obtained

 


 

 

Procedure for ECSEPC Membership Registration

 

 1. Application: The applicants are required to fill a form with respective authorities for the registration cum membership    certificate of their businesses.

 2. Documentation: Once the application form is duly completed the applicants are required to attach relative documents and details for their ECS Export Promotion Council registration.

 3. Payment: Once the documentation is duly completed, applicants are required to make a payment on the portal for their registration to get completed.

 4. Issuance of certificate: Once the application is submitted, the authorities will reverify all the details. Once the verification is completed, authorities will issue a registration cum membership certificate for the ECSEPC membership.
